The cut off mark for all the Federal Government Colleges (Unity Schools) in Nigeria for the 2026/2027 academic session remains... The Question. Why are there different cut off marks for different states? You can ask your own question or offer an explanation.

Discos would all be shut down, and power selling would be by any small company. Those companies sell meters and collect revenue via dashboards. No meter, no charge. Gencos, transmission and discos would have a digital auction system to pay for power with absolutely no govt intervention or subsidy. You place some MW on the platform, Discos (the new ones) prepay for that power and can tap it off the grid. Price fluctuates based on demand. Every power company would need to maintain 20% loss making locations (like villages) as their "tax".

Here is how I would fix the Nigeria power problem if I were minister. We cannot start this analysis without first understand where the population of Nigeria lives. The below map I made shows this - population of Nigeria is quite concentrated in particular areas. Power must work in this priority order, not "equity", but just simply - how many people had 24/7 power. Thread ⬇️

This NELFUND thing is not adding up to me. An interest-free loan without a defined date of expected repayment is almost like the money is gone and we are back to free education like before. & I can bet you most of these loans will be forgiven. In real sense, the government does not even stand a chance of getting this money back if you do a proper analysis. So why not just fund the schools directly ?

A true reflection of the Anambra woman. Cowries for wealth, raffia for life and growth, beads for tradition, every piece tells a story. Strong, graceful, and deeply rooted in culture. She didn’t just wear a costume, she carried the spirit of the Anambra woman. Picture credit: @Genevieveedwin

If you divide N17Billion across 8,804 wards, it comes to roughly N1.9Million per ward. What meaningful development can N2Million realistically deliver at Ward level? Its difficult to see how this allocation translates into tangible impact for Nigerians but another avenue to loot

@MikeSjow @fimiletoks Imagine blaming a new administration for decades old rots in the system and not all prev admin. When nelfund wasnt a thing, we saw high rate of drop out. Now you are against a new administration trying to fix it by first introducing nelfund while trying to stabilize the economy.
