If we are serious about anything, it needs to be decertifying the police unions (who negotiate their own internal investigation and disciplinary proceedings as part of their contract), and decentralizing the command and control structure, so public safety is overseen at the community level.

Two of the places on earth with the greatest wealth inequality are South Africa and Haiti. They both have a small white or whitepassing minority protected by the West that own 70-85% of the country’s wealth. This is the racial capitalism the West defends globally.
