Kuwait's Ministry of Defense says its air defenses have intercepted 1 ballistic missile, 5 cruise missiles, and 33 drones launched by Iran during the latest wave of attacks. According to the Ministry of Defense, several civilian and critical infrastructure sites sustained damage from falling debris. A Kuwaiti Navy vessel was also struck, leaving four service members injured. All are reported to be in stable condition after receiving medical treatment. Kuwaiti officials say the Armed Forces remain on high alert and continue to respond to ongoing threats.

Situation Report: U.S.-Iraq Withdrawal Framework Reporting continues to surface that the U.S. and Iraq have agreed upon a phased withdrawal framework that aims to significantly reduce the U.S.-Coalition force posture by September of next year and complete a full withdrawal by the end of 2026. Air raid sirens are sounding across Bahrain amid indications of another Iranian missile and/or drone attack targeting the Gulf kingdom.
