Seems like we need to treat a cyber weakness as a similar situation to a patient safety reporting event. Group knowledge and ‘safe reporting’ should override punishment.

Debate over punishing staff who were victims of a cyber phish or smish or escalating their support and education is an interest discussion today.

Finding the balance between being “the authority” and encouraging behavior change. Moving from ‘Dr. No’ and “Office of No Clicks” to a partner in patient safety and operational efficiency.
