Behind the scenes in Blender The ship doesn't 100% line up with the real thing because everything is modeled around accommodating a default Robloxian so aspects of the ship are stretched. 1 Stud to 1ft scaling has issues so everything is eyeballed to look right with a Robloxian

@BIackoutDev You may have a mesh which has size of 0.001 on one of the axis and that prevents you from scaling it down. If this is the case, you can scale up that mesh on that axis by like 10 studs and then scale the entire thing down
