It's tragic that two people were killed and especially in Pretti's case I do believe there should be federal manslaughter charges brought against the officer. However, this is an entirely predictable mess when MPD operate under a separation ordinance. The entire concept of police being complicit in "sanctuary cities" is insane, crime is crime, and when the PD won't offer the same crowd control that they would for any other protest, simply because it might be seen as aiding an ICE operation, of course there is going to be trouble.

Kanji is such a sweetheart. She's one of my friend's favourite wrestlers, and on her birthday, her bf DMd Kanji asking how to buy merch for her, and she sent a load of stuff for free, wouldn't take his money. And yes, incredible wrestler, I remember a match from probably 2024 between her and Spike Trivet that got massively slept on but if you can find it I really recommend it, because she is such a good face and he is such a good heel, it was a total throwback match.
