BREAKING: Delaware Judge Kathaleen McCormick has officially announced that she will no longer preside over multiple lawsuits involving @elonmusk and his companies after Elon's lawyers alleged she had shown bias against him after ruling against him in high-profile cases. Last week, Elon's attorneys wrote to the court pointing to a LinkedIn screenshot that they said shows she supported a post on the network celebrating Elon's defeat in a California civil fraud trial. In the past, Judge McCormick ruled against Elon with his $56B Tesla pay package case and the Twitter lawsuit. Here is Judge Kathaleen McCormick's full letter that she released today: "Dear Counsel: This letter addresses the motions for my recusal and to randomly reassign two of the three above-referenced actions. The motion for recusal rests on a false premise—that I support a LinkedIn post about Mr. Musk, which I do not in fact support. I am not biased against the defendants in these actions. In fact, I dismissed a suit against Mr. Musk just last year. The motion for recusal is denied. But the motion for reassignment is granted—I will reassign each of the three above-referenced actions. As should be obvious, disproportionate media attention surrounding a judge’s handling of an action is detrimental to the administration of justice. Fortunately, the Court of Chancery is far greater than any one person. I have complete faith in the Vice Chancellors’ abilities to adjudicate these matters. And three of them will. Please contact my Chambers to obtain a time for the random reassignment. All counsel are welcome to attend. But each of the individuals who signed the motion for reassignment or the joinder in that motion must appear to witness what they requested."

The vids we see now of robots doing chores show pretty slow movement. Imagine when these things are fluid enough to perform at 2-3x human speed and can tidy up and wash dishes for a party of 10 in 15 minutes.

Curious to see what goes down in Iran over next 20 days. US is not bombing this extensively and then just leaving w/o something happening on the ground. Guessing strategy is to weaken AMAP from air, then pull some kind of covert stunt inside/on the ground enabling locals to rise

@MissionLoco SF went way overboard with all the bike stuff. Lived there before all this nonsense took over. Spent some time there this year and realized how much worse the streets are now, especially west of Divisidero.
A yapping minority got their way and made things worse for the majority.

San Francisco’s “high injury” alarmist map.🙄What’s omitted is our “vision zero” policy that even 1 injury is “high injury.” Meaning the streets w/o red lines have had ZERO incidents. In the 2nd densest city in the US? SF has major problems. Pedestrian safety isn’t on of them.

People spent a lot of money for their house and didn't think they would get mosquitoes with it.

SoCal has the best climate on Earth and for the last 15 years invasive mosquitos have been spreading, making it very difficult to actually be outside, risking disease. Official guidance is "err, eliminate standing water". It's 2026. We have crispr, gene drive, and a local pest control budget that's high though to run a space program. Who do I have to fuck to get these mosquitoes extincted? They aren't native, they're displacing local species, they spread disease, they don't have rights. Kill them all!

A symptom of TDS that isn't frequently discussed is hate. I can't think of another group of otherwise decent people that harbor & exhibit so much hate for fellow human beings. Yes, it extends well beyond Trump himself. It's a terrible scourge on society. Call them on it.

Nobody was killed by drones in world war 1, nobody was killed by missiles in the hundred years war...therefore nobody can be killed by drones today.
