i watched sinners on the flight over to nyc yesterday and the airplane backseat screen was able to switch from widescreen to imax aspect ratio whenever there was an imax shot just fine. i don’t understand why this isn’t a thing available for every imax movie

Just watched it in IMAX for my second viewing. Project Hail Mary is why we build movie theaters, and why we gather with our friends and family. It’s an epic experience where we’re thrilled, gasping at the spectacle, laughing and crying. Only films like this can create that.
