@montessoriboy @newdiegoabraham @JuliaTesmond @JTTsuchiya I'm betting early, one of you is gonna direct a breakout hit horror movie with legit Oscar buzz and were gonna be polite as hell about it and ONLY mention this skit infront of cool people who'd see it as an early influence and NOT elderly academy voters who dont like butts 👍

St.Martin’s church (12th century) was largely destroyed in a 1942 air raid. Church was restored in 60s but north aisle area stayed as open-air garden. York

Church of Saint Simeon Stylites (5th century) - one of the earliest monumental Christian complexes. Built by Syriac (Aramaic-speaking) Christians of the Byzantine world. At a time when the Western Roman Empire was collapsing, Syria was where the best builders were after the Romans - the centers of advanced construction and religious architecture. This was before the rise of Armenian, Georgian, or later European styles, this Syriac tradition represented one of the most developed forms of Christian building.

Yeghipatrush is a 10th-13th century church in Aragatsotn Province, Armenia. Marked by dark stone and moss-covered carvings, it reflects the raw beauty of Armenian architecture - where time, texture, and nature are etched into every surface.

I once dreamt that I covered my house in glue and rolled it through Westminster Abbey. In Greetham, Rutland, Thomas Halliday, a Victorian stonemason, did the nearest possible thing - embedding medieval fragments from his restorations into his own house and yard.
