Once the “put protein in everything” hype dies down, it’ll be fiber that they hype like it’s the only key to weight loss and fitness goals next.

I’m not a protein head lol. I haven’t focused on increasing my protein. I think the social media push for everyone to prioritize protein for fitness is just a “fad” for lack of a better word. Like Pilates lol. It’s just a thing for now until the next thing. BUT I’m not mad at it!

They finally gave us a CAVA… the line so long in there even ordering ahead online it’s only giving times that are an hour ahead or more. 😭 I’ll come back another day.
