I don’t even try. 🙂‍↕️ I only keep up with stuff that helps boost my career, personal life, knowledge bank, and/or funds. Too many shiny objects can get distracting. I have a plan and a purpose. If it doesn’t align, I ain’t got time!

I’m not a protein head lol. I haven’t focused on increasing my protein. I think the social media push for everyone to prioritize protein for fitness is just a “fad” for lack of a better word. Like Pilates lol. It’s just a thing for now until the next thing. BUT I’m not mad at it!
