@Gardner_Sells What’s the proximity to the colleges in the area? I.E. Notre Dame. I have a feeling there’s an inverse relationship between cap rate and proximity to the colleges.

Looks like WT are going to be available to retail buyers later this year but only in the standard range. The new “Max range” looks like it’s only going to be available to commercial/fleet customers at launch. When our Chevy rep stops in maybe I’ll see if they can make an exception for a “Celebrity” 😂
