Yes, this is absolutely true, the same school that was burnt, the Chibok Secondary school, I thought it would be rebuilt to the state-of-the-art school, but rather a mushroom school was erected which is already dilapidating. It was the principal that requested for the support of ICT facilities because till today, there is no single computer in the school for the staff and students to learn and use. @AishaYesufu facilitated the support through His Excellency @PeterObi . All efforts to visit the school or for the beneficiaries and representatives of the community to come and receive the products were denied. The principal was queried and later transferred for speaking to me. I was reported to the governor as an opposition leaders trying to support the school that is a state government school without express permission from the commissioner of Education. A letter was quickly written and dispatched to all schools that no one should be allowed ao access any school without the express permission of the Commissioner of Education. The reason was that, If I could win all of them in 2023 without money, but our support from my people I have served for free for many years, with such gesture from another influential opposition @PeterObi it will be a problem for them in 2027 and the governor of Borno will not happy with them as it was in 2023. All efforts to make them realize that we are all active community members and stakeholders in the education of our children were thrown to the dustbin. To them, it's about politics and control. Even when the Items were received the community leaders and the local politicians ganged up and categorically told me that "we will not accept it". I therefore understand why PO always visits private schools. Our Community Association will work with progressive and fair-minded leaders to make sure we have a center where all children in the community and have access to ICT learning and training that will be beneficial to all, while we work toward voting out all these incompetent enemies of progress. They cannot do it, and they do not want to allow those who can do it.
