@TeletextHoliday still not received my holiday refund which was cancelled by yourselves in April 2021 due to COVID 19! This should have been in my bank account by 31st august! The service I receive every time I call customer services is appalling!! Never ever book with teletext
@TeletextHoliday@TeletextHoliday we arrived at our hotel last night to be informed our booking has been cancelled. We don’t have a clue why. The hotel manager has called you and was told it investigating. My wife has phoned and emailed twice, still not resolved.

@TeletextHoliday I have still only received part of my refund. I have contacted you numerous times. This has now been over 12 months since the flight was cancelled. Why say the deadline to refund was 31st of July if you have no intention of meeting that deadline?
@TeletextHoliday I booked a holiday to Gran Canaria with you last year after multiple problems at the start of the holiday we managed to have a nice holiday. However when travelling back from Dublin this year with Ryan I was refused boarding for an outstanding balance of £500
@TeletextHoliday still awaiting Vijay to reply as I have asked teletext to refund my holiday over 30 times now. Can you please advise when I will receive this and advise when I will be paid. Please do not ask for TT number again

@TeletextHoliday Still waiting on my refund from a holiday booked for May 2020. 45 minute waits on the phone to be lied to, advised to fill out forms to request money back and heard nothing. Spent 2 years saving up for our first family holiday in 10 years please avoid teletext!!
