@TeletextHoliday I am still chasing my refund. You have significantly missed the deadline of 31/07/21. Nobody is replying to my emails and now nobody is replying to my tweets. Can someone provide me with an escalation email or number?

@TeletextHoliday I have still only received part of my refund. I have contacted you numerous times. This has now been over 12 months since the flight was cancelled. Why say the deadline to refund was 31st of July if you have no intention of meeting that deadline?

@TeletextHoliday I have been waiting on £12,000 being refunded since Sep 2020. You have continuously lied about dates I would get my refund and you have now missed the 31/07 cut off you agreed with CMA. Zero contact, emails ignored it’s a disgrace. 29 passengers out of pocket.
