Dear @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport ... I have been subject to your pathetic service for few yrs, and now I feel it is time for all to know. It was due to your bad services, I decided to close my account and end our prof relation. That’s when I was showered with more bad service.

All customers of @AxisBank must beware. The bank does not believe in proper record maintenance/book keeping. They allegedly do not keep any records of loans taken by their customers, imagine how they would treat your assets. Very unprofessional & unsafe bank.
