Axis Bank, debit interest charges on my credit card (XXXX9393) are unfair as the delay was caused due to your app issue. Late fee reversed but interest not acceptable. If not resolved, I will escalate to RBI Ombudsman and raise this on social media. @AxisBank @RBI
