For anyone starting their credit card journey, having an Axis Bank savings account can genuinely help. I’ve noticed this pattern with many users: their first credit card often comes as a pre-approved Axis offer, even when their credit history is still limited. Not a guaranteed route, but definitely a useful starting point.

@AxisBankSupport I have written a email to nodal office but bank is not give the response very disappoint. Bank is disbursed the loan amount 88% against project completion 57% which is irregular and amounts to financial misconduct. My project case is going on high court.

@AxisBankSupport , @AxisBank my account was terminated on 04-07-26 for pending Re-KYC. I completed my e-KYC on 05-07-26, and it was accepted, but now I'm being told reactivation is impossible. If the account was already closed, why was my KYC processed? Kindly review it.

I avoid tweeting on bad experiences, unless its incredibly harrowing. My ongoing experience with @AxisBank falls unequivocally in this bucket. My NRI bank account was frozen because of stale immigration documents. I spoke with my RM 10-11 days ago and he had suggested that I email NRI support team instead. So, I ended up emailing them updated immigration documents. Several days later (because apparently they don't work on holidays and weekends), they reverted and asked me to send an email for 1. email indemnity, and 2. Attested version of immigration docs. I did both. It's getting close to 2 weeks of back and forth and I can't make any transactions. Account remains frozen!
