Today, FSA relaunched the revised online income-driven repayment plan & loan consolidation applications to conform with a recent court ruling. Borrowers can now apply for the Income-Based Repayment, Pay As You Earn, & Income-Contingent Repayment Plans at StudentAid.gov/idr.

The U.S. Department of Education is reviewing the recent executive order regarding the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. The PSLF Program is not changing today, and borrowers do not need to take any action. Today, our Administration is cancelling student debt for over 60,000 Americans through fixes to Public Service Loan Forgiveness. In total, our Administration has now cancelled student debt for over 1 million teachers, servicemembers, firefighters, nurses, and other public service workers.
