Mohela called and can’t do anything until the payment finalizes. Refunds can take up to 90 business days. The supervisor said they sent notifications about this taking effect on July 23. It is June 23. Where is my money? #PSLF #studentaidgov #MOHELA @MOHELA @FAFSA @usedgov

I waited 2 hrs 54 mins to speak to someone who put me on hold for a supervisor. I was transferred and received an automated message stating I had to be put on a callback list for 2 business days or wait to end the call… #PSLF #studentaidgov #MOHELA @MOHELA @FAFSA @usedgov

@FAFSA I need you to do an investigation into @GeorgiaGwinnett STUDENT ACCOUNTS office specifically. It seems many student at the school are experiencing a delay in summer term refunds this year with mistakes like summer aid being applied to the fall term and other errors.

Hey @FAFSA and @usedgov any thoughts?
Sarah Starr 💜@dragtasticlife

@FAFSA what do I do when I have clear proof my school has committed a Title IV violation with my refund but when shown the proof and the law itself and bring up the waiver they never had me sign but they still deny it when again the evidence is right there.
