That embarrassing “Obedient faction” stunt pushed by Barry Avotu yesterday only exposed one thing: the Obidient movement has grown into the most influential political force in Nigeria today and they can’t ignore it any longer. You don’t create fake factions around movements that are irrelevant. You only do that when panic has started setting in. The obsession from APC And ADC circles over Peter Obi and the Obidient movement says more about their fears for 2027 than any speech ever could.

@superTekka This isn't even up for discussion. Quickly rush him and Baleba in. If "Captain Beater" is leg dragging, get that Arab kid from Ligue 1 (the one in Yoro's previous club).

Dear Nigerians, PAY ATTENTION. Because, we have a lot of work to do. The results of several polls conducted on the streets are shocking. Nigerians are experiencing what we call “Voter Fatigue.” Many are tired of the system, they have logged out mentally & physically. The APC are aware of this, & they are capitalizing on it. Bola Tinubu is getting a lot of sympathy votes. Given the choice to choose between Asiwaju & Atiku, many Nigerians are choosing Agbado. This is why the APC are fighting tooth & nail to make sure that Peter Obi is not on the ballot. You don’t see them attacking Atiku. They have done their polls & findings. Peter Obi is leading among the trio. Between himself & Asiwaju, he leads, but this time, it's with a narrow margin. Voter Fatigue is the major reason for this trend. People are tired of voting in a system that always changes for the worse. The APC has done a lot of work out there. And if the trend continues, it will play to their advantage. Their mobilization is second to none. We have to leave the social media & take the message to the streets. Nigerians are experiencing Voter Fatigue, & it’s worse than Voter Apathy. People are tired of voting. They see Tinubu & Atiku as a case of the lesser evil. If both are presented without Obi, they will choose Asiwaju. Peter Obi won the last election hand’s down. The APC saw his numbers & panicked. Then they started their campaigns from day one. They are leaving nothing to chance. Their first strategy is to keep Obi off the ballot If that fails, they will move to Plan B. Plan B is vote buying, heavy mobilization, INEC, & the Judiciary. PLEASE, WE HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO! We must stage a “10 Million Man March” this time. Our mobilization must be 5x bigger than 2022/2023. We must knock on doors, educate & sensitize the market women & transporters. Things are not what they seem. We have no one to convince here on Twitter. People’s minds are made up. The work is out there on the streets. People who are hungry will not necessarily vote WISELY. They will vote for money & rice this time. The APC has done their homework. Let’s start ours today. GET TO WORK! 🙏🙏

With JJ and Lacey training with the first team, I doubt we will get any forward this summer Maybe a CB might be added but I doubt we will get a forward.

This guy is among the people that want to ride on Obi's influence to get power. He wrote this after the election in Edo and Anambra and now he wants to sneak back. We shouldn't allow these kinds of people anywhere around the Obidient Movement. He will win the election today and defect to the APC tomorrow. So after saying the Obidient Movement is dead, you want to use the same Obidient Movement to win elections. It will never work. We will resist you with everything. Kindly go back to APC, because this your ev!l ambition is dead on arrival.

At your old age, this is the nonsense you're adding fuel to? I hope you don't have a plot of land from Wike?

What exactly is happening to the movement once built around Peter Obi? In a stunning and deeply controversial announcement, a group claiming authority over the movement says the #Obidient Movement has now been dissolved, rebranded, and stripped of Obi himself, alongside his close ally Yunusa Tanko and the entire post-2023 leadership structure. Their accusation? That the movement was hijacked for “personal advantage,” “private gain,” and what they dramatically describe as “political prostitution.” The new group now calls itself the #OBEDIENT Movement, insisting it no longer has ties to Obi, the Labour Party, or any presidential candidate ahead of 2027. But this raises explosive questions. Who exactly owns a political movement born organically on the streets and online? Can a movement built around one man suddenly expel the very symbol that gave it life? Or are Nigerians witnessing something darker ' infiltration, sabotage, fragmentation… perhaps even a coordinated attempt to weaken one of the country’s most formidable opposition political bases ahead of 2027? And perhaps the biggest question of all: If the Obidient Movement itself is now at war over identity, leadership and loyalty, what does that mean for the future political relevance of Peter Obi himself?
