Why did the communist sphere need the capitalist sphere but not vice versa? The communists had the Soviet Union, half of Europe, and literally the most populated nation on Earth. It also had plenty of non-aligned nations who were happy to trade. Why the excuses for failure?

@TheKidCCCP @SipOfKoKo The hostile capitalist world was largely happy to do quite a lot of business with early USSR, the main problem with them was having to pay cash for everything due to them defaulting on their own debt, and due to communism making a country uninvestable just inherently.
