This is what the Woke Right are doing with the splinter "Temu" Catholicism (Woke Pseudo-Catholicism) play. They're reaching out to frustrated young men, including some Catholics but mostly Protestants who wish life was different and religion was harder and more central to life and society, and tapping their "vital energy" for revolution to make them into a kind of activist guard. They're not recruiting them to be Catholics, though. They're recruiting them to be Woke soldiers who express their Wokeness in Catholic terms (Woke Pseudo-Catholicism, equipped with something like White Liberation Theology). This isn't just not Catholic, but it harms Catholics primarily by doing Woke radicalism in their name. Same as the Woke "ghetto populations" (Queer Activists speaking for sexual minorities, Critical Feminists speaking for women, CRT and BLM speaking for racial minorities, Fat Activists speaking for overweight people, etc.). The chief loser of the radical activism is the legitimate community the activists pretend to be.
