@British_Airways The baggage desk was empty, no one there. I filled in a form that was on the desk and had to hand it in to an aer Lingus check in desk. They wouldn’t track it for me or tell me what flight they will put it on. Just said will come within 72 hours. I said my match is in 24 hours
