Think Joe McCarthy is very likely to get dropped. Two shockers in a row. Sam Prendergast to the bench but maybe not even as he doesn’t cover 12 and 15 the way Crowley does. Furlong, JGP and Kell to start. Backrow still doesn’t work but they’ll stick with it probably.

I'm absolutely shocked that the 10th manager since Fergie wasn't the issue, and the 11th manager isn't going to resolve all the issues immediately

@markgoldbridge The worst midfield we’ve had in years? Have you been asleep? Our midfield isn’t great but by no means is it the worst.

If Semenyo wasn't going to be a wing back then Sesko was probably getting dropped. That means we'd have spent 260 million on the attack in 6 months before spending anything on the worst midfield we've had in years

@markgoldbridge Surely the story here is that we have at least £65 mil to spend in January. So we will now buy a genuine top centre mid. Right? Let's see

@langgestreckt @Formula1Wimbo You assume Mercedes could have preemted that Masi was about to tear up the rule book and go rogue. Why would they risk a slow pit stop? As far as they were concerned, as per the rule book, the race was going to finish under SC

@Formula1Wimbo The funniest thing was that Lewis would have kept his track position even if he had pitted. He had a 20-second lead at the pit entrance, which is 5 seconds more than he would have needed under VSC/SC. Mercedes knows that.

1- There was an open letter to Max, to finish the race racing. That's how special this race was. 2- there was an agreement with the teams to finish the race under green conditions. 3- Article 15.3 the Race Director has overriding authority over the clerk of the course concerning the use of the safety car, requiring their express agreement before the clerk can issue orders on the matter 4- Verstappen had fresh tyres, Hamilton had track position. Something they wanted all race long. 5- If there was an element of error in the procedure, this doesn't change the result. Every race has an element of error. Nobody will be able to beat this. Not even @SportmphMark .

My brother is making transfers on the app but it's not deducting his transfers. So far he's made three and it's still showing as having 2 FTs available. Is this happening to anyone else?

You didn’t read what I said. I said it wasn’t his fault he got those jobs but now what he is experiencing at city is what he has never experienced before in management which is to build a broken team with limited amount of support. This is where he will be tested where Fergie has already proven to us that he could hack it. This isn’t a debate whether Pep’s a good manager this is a debate whether he is the best or second best and when you do those debates its about nitpicking small details.

Fergie has 48 trophies in 39 years. Pep has 40 trophies in 18 years. The two managers met on 2 occasions, and Pep won twice. In a far shorter period of time in English football, Pep has had more iconic seasons (100 points, domestic quadruple, treble, 4 leagues in a row) and achieved (relatively) far more.
Rory Jennings ⭐ ⭐@Chelsearory

Sir Alex Ferguson is in a league of his own and it’s truly laughable to suggest that anyone, especially Guardiola is capable of challenging his legacy.

@JohnFogartyIrl Very disappointing decision from the frc after all their good work, opposition now will instruct players to foul on the spot and therefore slow the game down.they should not be influenced by the current Kerry manager amongst a few others

Football Review Committee proposal to amend the kick-out mark foul passed by 39 to 1 votes by Central Council. Free from where the foul took place, no 50-metre advance. Understand it will come in from this weekend. #GAA

That goal sums up just how bad Onana is. A well coached kid wouldn't dive for that with two hands, knowing full well the limitation it puts on your leading hand #ManUnited #Onana

@TheRyanPrice @SmnLlyd5 2011, they came back from 4 down to draw 4-4 against arsenal. They didn't celebrate or anything because it wasn't to win the premier league

Great point, this. Anyone who’s ever been to a football game knows that in circumstances like that, mild applause at best is the only acceptable reaction to the winner. Perhaps even boo them off for throwing it away in the first place.

We all agree that Onana hasn't been good enough for United, but Matic calling him one of the worst goalkeepers in Man Utd history was totally unnecessary and unprofessional. Just my opinion, though.

Whatever your chip strategy, the fact that millions of people will now play the most valuable chip in the history of FPL on David Moyes and a 16th placed Everton is amazing.
