Besides, it would of been better to off yourself months ago, so that window of time is gone. Either way, his lawyers apparently believe they have evidence he is innocent, so we'll see how this goes.

They can't just arrest and trial D4vd the second they found that body, there is an entire process. They need to make this case air-tight so this guy can never walk.

@GPinac81 @amarchism @TMZ No they wouldn't say it, especially during an ongoing investigation. They usually say it after this whole thing is over. If the are arresting him months later, it means they got a good among of substantial evidence, which should be enough to keep him behind bars.
