It is not sonnet level, it is not opus level, its not GPT level. It is not anywhere near Frontier model levels, locally. I swear to god, having automated AI moderation that dishes out immediate bans, should be criminal. Got tossed in a 12 hour X jail for violent speech, on something any real human would have very clearly seen was not. I also love how they say that they extensively reviewed the offending g material. No you didnt. I got banned in literally under 5 seconds of posting my comment. Damn twat waffles. Oh, and they say you can direct message your followers still, thats an absolute lie, every single time I tried throughout the day, nothing but failure to send.

Yeah, its asinine. So we are supposed to be the free speech platform, and yet, we are getting insta bans for jokes and figures of speech? I'm sure many are indeed going through the same thing, which is crap. No clanker should have power to ban like that. It should be able to flag for immediate human review, but relying purely on AI to ban someone, and then the human review comes into play only by appealing, while still banned, is bullshit.

@petersteele My account as you remember was suspended permanently for violent speech but it never was. AI was at fault there too. I wish this would get fixed. I suspect a lot of people are dealing with this.

I'm not dicking around with this, especially since I am just charging this person at cost. They are going to either get moved to standard pricing, or find someone else, cause im over it.

**Update** I called the restaurant again, they said call back in 15. So called back, went to voicemail. Waited another 15 minutes, called again, was told they were too busy and they would call after work. After work came and went by several hours. I texted, again, since my emails were being ignored, that the site would be shut down April 1st if not paid, and a 100 dollar fee would be added to get the site back up. Within 5 minutes, they texted me back apologizing that they weren't ghosting me and that they wanted to get it taken care of. Said they had been busy with bike week and spring break, but the invoice was sent out Feb 1st and was due March 1st, so take that as you will. Sent them the invoice again and my Zelle link and its been on read for the last hour. Guess we will see if they pay or forget again. I won't bother reaching back out though at this point. I did my part and made contact, so they cant claim they didnt know. Will update again if I get my money or not.

They came back and said they now can't get Zelle to work on their phone, and wanted the invoice link again and my address. Gave it too them. They came back like 12 hours later and asked what the invoice total was again, like MF I just sent you the invoice link like 2 messages up. I don't know WTF is going on, but they better not be dicking around on payment cause I absolutely will shut that shit down April 1st, and it won't be a joke
