@ThisIsNotTea 「大吟醸」「純米大吟醸」「吟醸」「純米吟醸」などのランクは、冷やして飲んだ方がいい。とにかく新鮮な果物をもいだ瞬間のような爽やかで良い香りがするんだ。「純米酒」「本醸造」など旨味が強いものは、温かくしてもおいしい。ただし沸騰させたら味が壊れてしまうのでシャワーの温度くらいで。

When we were in Okinawa, they gave us a list of bars we weren’t allowed to visit. Naturally, those were the first places we went. First one was a basement bar. Big glass jug of habu sake (with the viper still in it) sitting on the bar. Best band I ever heard in my life.
