@SaferRoadsYorks So like this case, it gives reports to op snap that go to court a better chance of been seen in court as most reports are handled by magistrates so this stops judges having to be replaced so the court has to be delayed

@SaferRoadsYorks For this case the jury will be asked if they have seen any of the footage and/or have prior information which would prevent them acting fairly. Any footage uploaded to op snap came from the reporter so might not show the full/true event, so uploading it can harm the case

If posting offending footage on social media prejudices criminal justice proceedings, how come all the footage of Paul Doyle driving at people in Liverpool didn't prevent his prosecution? Police say CPS ask that close pass footage be removed if reported to Op Snap.

@NoCyclopathTO People need to film all the cyclist who film and report others while they break the law, to stop this reply as if their footage is good enough of prosecution, same must go for footage of them committing offences

@NoCyclopathTO Who do I sue, unlike car, lorry, motorcycle etc there isn't a reg plate to trace. Before cyclists start saying I'm lying why does my knee have a scar. The scar is from a ACL reconstruction using patella tendon. I had the op 3 years ago

@but_cyclists What about nowadays, everything is built for cyclists. If drives kills thousand people a year and cyclist kill 1 person a year that's a thousand and one people who shouldn't of been killed. Stop normalising harm by cyclists

@but_cyclists A few years ago while on crutches due to a minor leg injury, a cyclist ran a red light resulting in me rupturing my ACL then the cyclist used disability discriminatory language, police did nothing.Due to this for the rest of my life I have to walk with a limp and have knee issues

Whenever I hear "war on motorists" it reminds me of how basically for the last 100 years, everything in the built environment has been designed to prioritise motorists, at the expensive of everyone else. GCN's "Carspiracy" video explains it well:

Just had a great interaction with a female with Iranian flag over her shoulders, she offered me a flower and was polite. It's good to see someone supporting their country without wish death or harm to others

I think it’s time for a Tourettes History month

With the John Davidson situation, it's wrong to abuse someone who can't help what they do due to their disability. I'm surprised the British government (MPs) and celebrities aren't supporting him like they do for other protected characteristics
