Great open mats session this morning with the crew!! We focused on Drill and Live wrestling this morning! It was a little toasty in the room today but the dudes didn’t let that hinder their work ethic! Another step forward today!! Love this groups work ethic!! #JeffWrestling

What we great week for the dudes at UNK Team Camp! We teamed up with Central City and we finished 8-1 and Camp Runner-Up out of 32 Teams! We took a gigantic step forward! Super proud of our guys!! We got better! Back to work tomorrow with open mats at 9:00 am!!

The dudes win another one to move to 4-0 with a big win over Kearney 70-15! The crew is rolling!!

The Jeff Wrestling Team is spending the next 4 days at UNK Wrestling Camp! We are teaming up with Central City and we started off with a bang with with a big 82-40 win! We are on a mission to get better!! Proud of our dudes!!
