The best thing for the USA was for him to have been elected in 2024. But too many brain dead morons thought the Reality TV show host who almost destroyed the country once should get a do-over instead of actually making things better and so here we are. I wouldn't blame DeSantis one damn bit if he flew the double bird and said peace out of politics. Because anyone who voted for Trump in 2024 f*cked up. Watching this guy’s talking points morph over the years has been fascinating.
Initially, he admitted it was bad writing and Mary-Sue politics that killed the trilogy.
But post-2020, he realized saying the *most woke company in existence* is actually racist got more headlines.

@VodkaPundit I am more than half expecting that this announcement that sort of throws a bone to Season 2 and it's creators, is really just a precursor to not releasing Season 2 at all. They'll hold season 2 and then announce the tax write off when no one cares anymore.

If Paramount were really smart, they'd shelve both seasons, delete the files, take the tax write off, pretend the show never happened, and consider it a necessary down payment on winning back Trek fans.

Kermit Gosnell MD, one of the most prolific serial killers in the US, is dead. Gosnell was the abortion doctor who is thought to have murdered thousands of babies in a 30 year killing spree. According to prison and law enforcement sources, Gosnell died two weeks ago but his death has gone unreported until now. His cause of death is unknown but he was known to be in failing health in recent years. He was 85.
