This post lacks a hook. But do I really need to "hook you"? You already know where to find quality.

Your stories won't make you money unless you they teach your audience something your people can actually implement and make money out of it. This is the most important thing about storytelling: Your personal stories aren't about you. They are about the problems you solved and how someone reading them can solve the same problem too. I keep seeing these "vulnerability stories" all accross the platform and I get it... Some obscure plagiarist told you to show your struggles because they work...🤣 Well it depends on the definition you have of what works. Understand this: People simply don't care. They don't care about you. They don't care about the struggle. The only thing they care about is how you solved the same problem they're stuck with. The goal of your stories is to show that YOU already solved the same chellenge for yourself and HOW they can do the same. That's it. The story format is a pretext. A way of transmitting this knowledge.

@DentesLeo If making money is the objective then you are right on target If money isn't the objective, you are still on target :D I have seen those vulnerability threads and long forms doing amazing for a few people, first few days Then, they repeat the same every week. Going bust.

Does size matter? Looks like it does. But only if you make them go all the way.. while reading your long form posts. Can you?

38. The number of years I celebrated yesterday. 38 years of rule breaking. Of not conforming to what is... ...required. ...expected. ...demanded. It's been a journey. Not an easy one. But... Disregarding truth was never an option. It led me to become the person I am today. The person I can look at in the mirror and be proud of. Who followed her heart, regardless of what others said. Or thought. Who doesn't live with regrets. Who looks at life with a "can do" mentality. And a "the glass is half full" approach. A trust so deep of her own capabilities that she doesn't need external validation. A source of inspiration. Of light. Of creative outbursts. Not following a path but carving her own. This picture reminds me of the message I bring forth and that I was always supposed to bring forth: You were born to stand out. The beauty of it all is... ...even at 38 it's only just the beginning.
