New year, new beer. Here’s our first new beer of 2019, our Belgian blonde is brewed with 100% Pilsner malt and a special blend of Belgian yeast strains. Get ready for many more new beers in the coming months including our farmhouse brewed with all Utah grown and malted barley.

Christmas miracles do happen!! We have two amazing new beers this weekend. Our black currant sour is hands down my favorite fruit beer I’ve ever made. We were able to get a small amount bottled of it, and our chocolate stout for your holiday enjoyment. Tasting room opens at 4:00.
Super special release tomorrow at 4:00. This is our first barrel aged sour and it is fantastic. 9%abv, aged on peach whiskey barrels for 6 months with our sour yeast culture. We have less then 200 bottles so it will go quick. #utahbeers#saltlakecityfoodies

Next Barrel aged beer is getting ready!!!! For this limited release we took 3 barrels from waterpocket distillery’s Oread spirit and aged a imperial saison on them. Each barrel was fermented using a different Brett yeast strain to create a unique flavor.
