I was delighted to receive my ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive Coaching through the post in my last visit to the UK. It took me a loooooooong time to complete! Thank you to the Executives and Senior mangers I coached on this journey. #coaching

The Qatar Cricket Association has announced the appointment of former British cricketer Toby Bailey as coach of the Qatari national team. Bailey is a professional cricket coach with extensive experience in developing teams and players at various levels. He has held several coaching positions with prestigious national teams and clubs, making a significant impact in improving tactical and technical performance. During his career, he coached the Argentine national team and the Scottish club Carlton, leading the team to victory in the 2012 National T20 Championship. He also coached the Scottish national team as an assistant coach and interim head coach at times. He also coached the Welsh club Glamorgan in 2024 as an assistant coach responsible for batting and fielding. He also worked at the Jimmy Academy, developing young players and coaches. #qatar #cricket
