@TowerHamletsNow Please can we get clarification on where we are meant to pay for parking as visitors. We have been waiting for over a month to get the permit processed to be able to purchase visitor vouchers. Your sytem is very poor

@British_Airways Which part of your airline is customer focused? More like daylight robbery. Extortionate fees to make changes and hardly any compensation for delays. Spend your money elsewhere there are plenty of better airlines.
