@RIDICULO_pathy @ohmymerryway Diagnosed Covid three times my last ER shift, in addition to several cases of flu and RSV. Covid is most definitely still a thing and I still mask so I can continue to stay healthy and take care of patients.

@ThommyTox Same bedtime is just not possible, but black out curtains are en route and I suppose I will try no food/caffeine/screens 2h before and see how it goes 😂🫣

@ToxyDoc Improve sleep. As soon as fellowship #1 finished, I started working on better sleep in fellowship #2. -Black out curtains -No screens 1 hr before 😴 -No food 2 hrs before 😴 -Same bedtime nightly -No caffeine after 2-3pm -Thermostat 65-67 degrees
