@ToyotaFinancial Literally all I want is a good will adjustment during the timeframe I was taking care of my father during his cancer treatments and if its just a one time courtesy to do so I will happily recommend you guys again. If this can be accomplished via phone call I’ll be happy to do so

I cannot in good conscious recommend @ToyotaFinancial to anyone. The fact that they cannot do a good will adjustment for a son who was taking care of their father during a cancer battle that he ultimately passed away from and getting a generic corporate response shows no empathy.
