The "leave no man behind" doctrine is actually a strategic weakness disguised as a virtue. Name one other military on earth that destroys 6 aircraft and fights a ground battle inside a sovereign nation to recover one pilot. You can't. Because no other military confuses tactical sentimentality with strategic logic. Soldiers serve the mission. The mission doesn't serve the soldier. The US has now established that Iran can shoot down an F-15, then watch America spend $300M and expose Delta Force trying to prove it didn't happen. That's not military doctrine. That's politics with weapons. A military that cannot accept the risk of loss cannot win wars. The US hasn't won one since 1945.

Hey @Toyota I ordered a replacement hood bulge in February because mine pops out while I’m driving. I was told it would take about a week. I just got an update that the new ETA is August 2026. That’s not a typo. Are we building this part from scratch?

Colorado is now requiring lawyers in the State, as a condition of logging into its court e-filing system, to promise not to cooperate with federal authorities in enforcing federal immigration law. Please understand: - I do not practice immigration law. - I do not practice criminal law. - Nothing about my civil practice has anything to do with this. And yet because I cannot log into the State's official e-filing system without saluting The Resistance, I now cannot represent my clients, file lawsuits, access cases, file documents in existing cases, etc. If I click "Decline," it kicks me out of the system. I must click "Accept" to access the system and continue representing my civil clients -- again, in cases that have absolutely nothing to do with immigration law or policy. I've read SB 25-276 (the law referred to below). It does not regulate me as a private attorney or any of the clients I represent in civil matters. This is outrageous draconian overreach. I have ethical obligations to my clients to represent them competently. My existing cases have running deadlines that I must attend to. Judges issue orders in my cases that I must follow. If I don't click "Accept" in order to access the State's e-filing system, I will harm my clients, torpedo my practice, and probably commit malpractice. So, I have no choice. I'm clicking "Accept" under protest.

Seattle is arguing that the boy was going to die anyway, regardless of the delay caused by the CHAZ border barriers. The city is appealing the ruling. @zacharyebell @Toyota The only thing @Toyota can do on your behalf is call the dealership, that is it. Even if the dealership accesses a credit profile that needed explicit permission, @ToyotaFinancial wont do anything either. Transfer you back to the main line and a brand ambassador can call them

@Fat_Electrician Minimum wage is for the minimum skill required. If the teen is doing more than basic work, more advanced, a job skill, then yes the teen for sure needs to be compensated for his wages. In high school I made 3x the minimum wage, as a state licensed nursing assistant. A skill

I fucking hate the “minimum wage is for high schoolers” talking point. A. No it isn’t, that’s historically inaccurate. B. Telling a kid to work hard and earn money the “right” way, then turning around and saying he deserves less just because of his age is bullshit. Pay should be based on performance. Nothing else. If you’re against raising the minimum wage, that’s fine. Make a better argument that isn’t belittling kids trying to work hard and earn something for themselves.

Colorado is one of the states that requires it with registration. Florida will just suspend your license, even if you are in the military. You have to notify the state, but its normal

Probably true but then why do I have to provide my insurance to get my tags? My insurance is from Texas. My husbands is usaa. He did not have to provide it to get his tags because usaa provides Colorado with the info on line automatically. My insurance does not and I had to provide the paper copy to register my vehicle.

Broadway & Evans. @DenverPolice won’t pull people over for these “low-level” infractions anymore. Chief Thomas claims it “builds trust” with the community. Expired temp tags often signal unregistered vehicles, which frequently means no insurance, or worse, a stolen car. Prioritizing “ trust” over basic enforcement isn’t public safety. It’s a policy that’s making our streets less safe.
