Day 4. The @TrailRunYork Great Glen Way is complete! We all got there, Inverness to Fort William, 80 miles, some blood, lots of sweat, a few tears but plenty of laughter, pure grit and determination #ukrunteam

This evenings @TrailRunYork 10k was around the @CastleHowardEst (so I claimed to know where I was going) taking in some spectacular views. Perfect evening for a trail run in beautiful North Yorkshire.

This September we are running coast to coast along the Great Glen Way. Lots of planning required but all worth it.
