Queens University in Charlotte and Elon University in Elon are about 100 miles part, but they are merging. Elon apparently will operate Queens starting next summer "in partnership with existing and legacy leaders." I have so many questions. Reports I'd seen earlier about athletics are not apparently clear. So we'll wait for details. But the two schools both play Division I in two different conferences. Never seen anything like this. 🤯
