@AtriumHealth is by far the worst hospital. Patient laid in bed for 45 minutes as I watched nurse after nurse refuse to help and all they could say is “he’s not my patient”.

This is the second time someone at @AtriumHealth has canceled my allergy shot appointment less than ten minutes before the appointment time. My shot today is for 3pm, I arrived 5 minutes early and was told my appointment had been canceled 4 minutes ago. Like… what??

@AtriumHealth I do not need an internal coding review. I do not need you to send supporting documentation for the original claims that are denied bc they will still not be approved with that bc the coding used was for a diagnosis that they do not provide coverage for (was not correct anyway!)

Absolutely fuck @Cigna for repeatedly denying physical therapy because the provider used the “wrong code” but they refuse to tell me the right code because the provider “knows which code to use” when clearly they don’t or they wouldn’t be using the wrong code.

Went to @SC_DPH and @AtriumHealth ER twice this week with diarrhea, thinning hair, double vision, abdominal pain, dry lips, swelling, and trouble focusing when reading. I asked for a heavy metal blood test but kept being told “couldn’t” be done and left feeling scared and ignored

Hey @AtriumHealth is it normal practice to keep patients waiting an entire hr past their appointment to see the doctor? 1:30 appt & MD is nowhere to be found. Very frustrating since if it were the opposite I’d be told to reschedule. Would @NovantHealth do that to their patients?
