@TrinaMLee Morning Trina, not exactly sure what's causing the degraded issue at the moment. But if you are facing the problem consistently I would possibly try rebooting the hardware in the home to see if that helps, if not than we kindly ask you to reach out via 611 for assistance. ^rt
@Shawhelp Yesterday and today the tv started randomly freezing and cutting out audio. On multiple channels and on more than one tv/box. Any idea what’s going on?
@Shawhelp My Rogers Xfinity box keeps dropping the Wi-Fi signal almost every day. Sometimes unplugging it and plugging it back in fixes the problem, but not today. The Wi-Fi itself is working just fine.
@ServusCU I signed into my account just fine this morning but when I just tried to sign in now, it keeps saying whoops there’s a problem try again. I keep getting the same message over and over.
@Shawhelp I’m trying to log into my account online to pay my bill and it keeps giving me an error page even though I login every month this way to pay the bill.
@AWCanada Beyond burgers are sold out at locations all across Alberta and also in other provinces. Will they be back? They’re not being discontinued are they?
@Shawhelp There is a Disney+ subscription on my account that I’m being charged for, but I have my own separate Disney subscription already. I looked at the account to see if I could remove it, but there’s no option to remove it only to activate it.
@Shawhelp is there an outage in stony plain? My Wi-Fi went out about 10 minutes ago and hasn’t come back. Of course it took the Xfinity TV with it. I tried resetting the modem, but nothing.

@Shawhelp trying to set up the new Roger’s tv box and it won’t read the remote. Keeps telling us to pair it but we press continue and nothing happens. Any tips?
@TrinaMLee That's a good question! The TV box should be quiet! I am wondering if it just started making the clicking noises recently? Or has it always made those clicking noises? -Brigitte
@Shawhelp We actually just installed the box last night. It was sent to us to upgrade our blue curve box. It has been making noises since we got it up and running last night.
@TrinaMLee Yayyy! I am happy that that worked! If there is a gateway error I would suggest unplugging the modem for 2 minutes and then plugging it back in and letting it boot up! -Crystal

Press and hold the Aand D buttons at the same time until the LED at the top changes from red to green.
Enter 9-9-1. The LED button will flash green twice. -Crystal
@Shawhelp All black. It’s the xfinity box. We were just upgraded from the blue curve. The box is telling us to pair the remote but we can’t click anything on the screen.
