@NocturnalAxon I saw a small amount of restricted move to unrestricted a couple times a while back. I’ve been in this for years so the number I bridge from is before the run up. This post is just to point out that we’re not being diluted during this period of high volume.

@NocturnalAxon @CWGulfCoast @realScottTrades I have a somewhat balance of what’s been moved from restricted to not and it’s not a huge amount. You can also track the series C via the filings and see when some have been sold.

@NocturnalAxon @CWGulfCoast @realScottTrades The table you’re referencing is a calculation to understand the risk vs. benefit via a fully diluted basis. It doesn’t mean they will fully dilute. The series C and Reg D shares are restricted. We’d be able to see shares moving from restricted to not in the security details.

$RITE the downfall of this is 100% on the Company suppressing it. Then driving it down the same two Market Makers all these months GTSM/CSTI have been the culprits with the same 10,000 wall for months undercutting any ask never letting the stock move. Buying, patience ran out

@ChartDiligence @mbeasley_fade I was expecting a dip to 0051 and steady out to be honest. The company made it very clear what language they would be using moving forward to be compliant so wasn’t shook by the PR. Also everyone should have known it would be another 60 days from March 5th for no comment.

@mbeasley_fade It's funny, those sort of selloffs always catch me off guard but also never truly surprise me. I just have grown to expect the unexpected in the OTC.

This is the most likely explanation for what happened yesterday on $RITE, for sure.

@aHarris009 I think it’s interesting that DTREF saw the same price action this morning. Dump at open and down 13-15%. The timeframe people wanted for the reevaluation wasn’t realistic IMO but I can understand the frustration with the form 10.

@OscarVacas @TheStockYogi And someone put that 1M ish wall up at 62 five minutes before close. Frustrating to see people giving up when good progress is being made (we’d all love it faster but regulatory is what it is) and none of the catalysts/fundamentals have changed

@TheStockYogi People gave up, I have more than 27M shares, I think I’ll be buying some more next week with a huge discount. I think the market is down because of the war, but only who holds it wins
