This morning in D.C., I had a thoughtful conversation with @Courtenay_Brown at the #AxiosHouse to discuss the state of American capitalism at 250. We touched on the resilience of U.S. markets to the IPO renaissance, the rise of AI and tokenization, and the evolving geography of financial markets. Texas is home to more NYSE-listed companies than any other U.S. state, representing over $3.9 trillion in market value, and NYSE Texas reflects just how central that pro-business ecosystem has become to our community and the global economy. Through it all, one conviction stayed with me: stability and innovation are not opposing forces, responsible innovation is not a constraint on growth. It is the foundation of it.
