Yet you have many armchair critics from Zimbabwe lecturing us and talking nice words and big English. Telling us how we dont know anything and how educated they are but fail to face their own demons. For as long as they face their problems head on, any lecture they giving us,we will always be right because they will be speaking from a position of weakness however right they are.

🚨🚨🚨🚨Zimbabwe’s Parliament has passed a bill that could keep President Mnangagwa in power until 2030, yet many Zimbabweans are in South Africa instead of fighting to stop it at home. If the future of your country is at stake, shouldn't the loudest voices be heard where the decisions are being made? 👋🏽🚨🚨🚨🚨

Imagine if all these people from other African countries directed all this hate towards their useless leaders. South Africa can’t keep getting the blame for failures of your own governments. We are too tired of carrying everyone

@MusaaRonalds Anyone who is not a south african cannot understand how we feel about issues. They are talking from a position of misconception. In south Africa we know when it's time. When the time has arrived. And nobody can tell us.

You say nobody hates South Africa, only xenophobia. But you cannot separate the two when you label every enforcement of our borders as an attack. You watched a soccer match, saw South Africans cheer for their team, and somehow twisted that into a referendum on your pain. You carry hurt in your soul? Imagine the hurt of a South African youth who cannot find a job while your compatriots fill positions meant for them. Imagine the hurt of a mother whose child cannot get a bed in a clinic because it is occupied by someone who was never budgeted for. Imagine the hurt of watching your government fail you for 31 years and then being told you are the villain for wanting better. You cite Mandela, Nkrumah, Machel, and Nyerere. They fought for liberation. They did not fight for open borders. They fought for sovereignty, for dignity, for their people. They would never have asked another nation to carry the burden of their own failures. They would have said, go home, fix your country, build your nation. That is what made them great. Not running. Not blaming. Not protesting in solidarity while your own leaders steal billions. You say we need new leaders. Yes. We need them in South Africa but you need them more in Zimbabwe. You have been under ZANUPF for over 40 years. Your economy is in ruins. Your people are scattered across the globe. Yet you come here, demanding sympathy, while you refuse to hold your own government accountable. We are not xenophobic. We are sovereign. We are tired. And we are done being your scapegoat. Go home. Face your leaders. That is where your fight belongs. Not here. Not with us.
Fadzayi Mahere🇿🇼@advocatemahere

🔸Nobody hates South Africa. Everybody hates xenophobia. If hate watching a mere soccer match causes this much hurt, imagine the hurt that comes with watching your compatriots being treated inhumanely because of their nationality or the colour of their skin in another African nation? What we have observed over the last few days is that that hurt can’t be switched off just because a soccer match is on. People carry it within their souls. Hearts bleed. So the aggrieved will protest in solidarity with those who are being attacked in an effort to make a statement. This is sometimes the only way people have to express how pained they are by the inhumanity they’re witnessing on African soil. We never ever saw Nelson Mandela throwing stones at Kwame Nkrumah, Samora Machel and Julius Nyerere so what is this now? We need new leaders.🇿🇼

Let me educate you not with anger, but with truth. You assume South Africans lack exposure. You assume we believe other African countries are poor and undeveloped. That is not the case. We know the reality. We know Nigeria has oil. We know Ghana has gold. We know Kenya has tech. We know Botswana has diamonds. We know Zambia has copper. We know Zimbabwe has platinum and lithium. We know the DRC sits on $24 trillion in minerals. We know Africa is rich. But here is what you do not understand, wealth beneath the ground does not translate to prosperity above it. You can have all the minerals in the world but if your leaders steal, your constitutions hostile towards humans rights, if your institutions are corrupt, if your people are divided by tribe, if your healthcare collapses, if your schools crumble, if your youth flee then you are poor. Not in resources. In governance. In accountability. In dignity. We do not look down on Africa. We look at the mirror Africa refuses to face. We see our own flaws corruption, unemployment, crime and we fight them. We protest. We vote. We demand better. That is what makes us different. We do not run. We stay. We build. We hold our leaders accountable, even when it hurts. You say we lack exposure. But we see you. We see your leaders flying overseas to get treated, some in our country to get medical treatment, while your children starve. We see your ports exporting raw minerals while your people have no jobs. We are not blind. We are not ignorant. We are honest. The difference between South Africa and many other African countries is not wealth. It is the willingness to confront failure. We own ours. You run from yours. That is not a lack of exposure. That is a lack of accountability. And until you fix that, no mineral, no resource, no tweet will save you. Go home. Fix your house. Then talk to us about exposure.
James@MrJamesKe

A lack of exposure has led many South Africans to assume that other African countries are poor and undeveloped. The reality on the ground often tells a very different story.

Let me be direct, you sit comfortably in the UK, sipping tea, while your people at home choke under dictatorship and incompetent leadership. You are a useless African. Yes, I said it. Because you have the platform, the education, the diaspora privilege and you use it to lobby for South Africa to absorb your failures, rather than to demand accountability from your own presidents. African countries are sitting on trillions in minerals cobalt, gold, lithium, oil. Enough wealth to build hospitals, schools, and railways. Yet your leaders fly private jets, park millions in Dubai, and you say nothing. You march for Palestine, you tweet for BLM, but when your own head of state steals the national budget, you are silent. That is not solidarity. That is cowardice dressed as activism. And now you come to South Africa, demanding we open our borders, our schools, our clinics while your own governments deport their own citizens without a whisper. You expect us to be a continent's charity while you refuse to be your own country's conscience. Let me ask you🤔 how do you let another man enter your home illegally, abuse your wife, terrorise your children and you watch? That is what you are asking South Africans to do. To stand aside while criminal syndicates, illegal foreigners, and economic migrants overrun our communities, and we are supposed to smile? Nonsense. We are not your safety net. We are not your escape plan. We are a sovereign nation with our own poor, our own unemployed youth, our own collapsing infrastructure. We have every right to secure our borders without your permission, without your approval, and without your performative outrage. People should Go home. Fix their own houses. Hold their own leaders accountable. Stop demanding that South Africa pay for your leaders' failures. That is not pan-Africanism. That is parasitism. And we are done hosting it. Nonsense!!!!!!
Brighton Mutebuka@BMutebuka

The South African authorities should be held accountable through litigation for its flagrant failure to protect the human rights of African migrants through enforcing the rule of law. There is compelling evidence that it condones vigilantes as it has allowed them to run amok!

Dear @GaytonMcK A Member of March and March Teresa Nortje who is also a leader of the Patriotic Alliance, was kicked on the streets like a dog by foreign nationals and opened a case that is still currently pending… You Gayton didn’t say a single thing, you offered her no support nor did anyone from the PA! Teresa has suffered death threats and had a gun pulled out for her by foreign nationals and you did not even bother yourself with defending her??Now you are claiming March and March said they will be violent on the 30th? When did you ever hear us say anything about violence? Because it’s you as government that are the fearmongers? We have Marches EVERYDAY, what would stop us from being violent if that is our intention? We get that you are enjoying being in power but you must never think being in power makes one invisible and must ignore the cries of the very people that put him there! We have enjoyed a very good relationship with the PA so far and I’m not sure what is going on with you but whatever it is must not distort who we are as March and March and ride a wave of calling us and labelling us what we are not! If you fear violence so much then why do you no longer speak about the violence South Africans suffer at the hands of foreign nationals? You are nowhere to be found even to support the likes of Mazwi or children dying from Spaza shops poisoning or those who die at the hands of drugs? Or children who are trafficked or kidnapped? Why have you changed from the person who promised to fight for the people against foreign nationals?? Being in Parliament doesn’t mean you are there to just agree with everything the President says even if it goes against what you promised the people!!! Nonetheless we remain on cause to defend South Africa and South Africans who are suffering in their country due to the influx of millions of unknown, illegal and undocumented people who are in this country making us feel unsafe in our own country. We wish you all the best as the Minister!

Gayton McKenzie rode the wave of patriotism to win votes, but now many feel he has abandoned the very cause that got him support. If patriotism is used as a ladder to power and blue lights, South Africans must hold leaders accountable. We rejected those who betrayed our trust before, and we should remain vigilant against anyone who uses patriotism as a campaign tool only to change tune after elections. Patriotism is not a shortcut to power — it's a commitment to the people. 🇿🇦
