Personally, the best true run defending NT in the entire draft. He's played over 1000 snaps as a true 0-Tech, shows decent athleticism, can win as a pass rusher, and overall is just a violent aggressive player with elite strength. Likely R3 at this point, things will stem with how well he can adapt to pass rushing in the NFL. #Raiders won't run just a true 0 on the field all that often, and will heavily rely on them to shade as a 1 or 2/2i technique as most 3-4 defenses require.

@KuhnTristen I have tried to come out fo every mock draft with him for the Raiders. Think he could be a nice weapon to use.

For starters, I have Perkins with a 4.89 grade which is a late 4th, though I can see him going much lower and a team falling in love and taking him much higher (cough Seattle/Minnesota/Baltimore). The #Raiders will run different fronts, assuming Leonard takes after MacDonald like he's seemed to do so far this off-season. They will blitz their LBs, and both Minnesota/Seattle have a designated OTTO type player that works as a blitzing LB, pass rusher off the 7/9 tech, and a true ILB as well. Perkins is worth a mid round flyer to try and find a hybrid piece.

Harold Perkins is an interesting prospect, do like a possible fit with the #Raiders as a late 4/early 5. Doesn't have a true position, can play WLB/ILB and a pass rusher off the EDGE. Does fit a defense that's going to want to play multiple fronts, can play coverage skills, fluid hips/quick feet. Issues come with size, he has no real position which has limited how well and effective he will be overall lacking instincts, strength, and likely is a very situational player. He looks out of place at times also, largely due to not having a true position. If put in the right system, with a good defensive coach who can use him in a versatile front as a blitzing LB, coverage player, and also allow him to work as a dime LB with occasional designated pass rush clips, there's a real world he becomes a core piece.

@JustRay122 Id like Brian Robinson personally. Give you a good combo of ballcarrying, catching and pass pro. If anything happens to Ashton he is able to step in and handle the 3 down load. Najee cant be involved in the passing game and to be so big doesnt pass pro well. Not gambling on Joe.
