@Slorpler His dialogue is much more interesting. People still talk about it to this day. He is also mentioned by Seam, spamton, and other lore-heavy characters. Mew mew’s fight is great, but in terms of lore, I feel like it will be forgettable

I understand the knight isn’t a “secret” but they give us a shadow crystal and is also much more of a “boss” than eram

@Ilias_Thermo I felt like if this chapter happened earlier (before ch 4 ish) it would be much better for the pacing of the story

@TylerCMO Sure but theories don't have to actually make a good story they just gotta be a little interesting for a YouTube video. I think this chapter does a lot for the story overall. It gives Ralsei and Susie a lot of interesting interactions and gives us info on kris just not directly.

#Deltarune spoilers!! / / / / / / Worst chapter imo. Really good still but the secret boss was pretty disappointing and not hype at ALL. I understand this was meant to be the last “fun” chapter, but we literally got NO story progression. I still loved it but it ranks lowest imo.

@TylerCMO can the Roaring Knight even be considered a secret boss? Don't we have to fight them to continue the story?

@Ilias_Thermo We got little to no development for Kris. Ralsei did get some good development. Susie got a little bit I guess. It’s just that there’s so many questions left unanswered still. And yea! Most of the theories I’ve seen from people were more interesting than what happened 😭

@TylerCMO How did no story progression happen. I get people who want to see theories or whatever be confirmed but so much development happened for our main characters. If this chapter was missing it wouldn't be the same story imo.

@unai_x57 Fair. But we already knew Kris and the soul were fighting. The mew mew fight left little to no lore implications, and felt like an odd conclusion of the shadow crystal stuff. The fight was awesome, but compared to the others there’s no contest imo

@BogosBinted1987 Don’t get me wrong there were some sick moments, but but I feel as if most of the plot points so far (friend, dess, the knight, “Gaster”, Kris and the soul) weren’t touched on at all. We only have 2 chapters left.

@TylerCMO Did we even play the same Chapter? The story moved forward drastically especially knowing now that Asgore is not the Roaring Knight and that he had been researching dark worlds for god knows how long. And while taking Susie home you can see that something happened to the town
