Whitley Strieber's latest Substack connects murdered/disappeared scientists to PLASMA research. @NASA claims a commitment to transparency and openness so why is it keeping briefings about the James Webb telescope classified?

A tiny piece of code called axios runs inside almost every app on your phone and every website you visit. Developers download it 100 million times a week. A few hours ago, someone poisoned it with malware that hands an attacker full control of your computer. If you’ve never heard of axios, that’s normal. It does one boring but important job: it lets apps talk to the internet. When a website pulls up your feed or an online checkout processes your card, axios is probably doing the work underneath. Over 173,000 other code packages plug into it. It’s everywhere. The attacker stole a lead developer’s login for npm (think of it as an app store, but for code that programmers use to build software). Once inside, they swapped the developer’s email to an anonymous ProtonMail account and uploaded the poisoned version by hand. That jumped past every security check the project normally runs before new code goes live. And this was not some rushed job. The attacker staged the malware at least 18 hours before pulling the trigger. They built separate versions for Windows, Mac, and Linux. They poisoned both the current version and an older one within 39 minutes of each other, casting the widest net possible. Once the malware ran on a machine, it deleted itself to cover its tracks. The trick was smart. They never touched a single line of code inside axios itself. Instead, they tucked in a fake add-on called plain-crypto-js, built to pass as a well-known, trusted library. It copied the real library’s description and author info, so nothing looked off at a glance. When a developer installed axios, this fake package quietly ran the malware on its own. When a smaller package called ua-parser-js got hijacked back in 2021 with about 8 million weekly downloads, the security world treated it like a four-alarm fire. Axios has 100 million. Over 12x the exposure, with 173,000+ packages depending on it. Socket, the security firm that flagged this, caught it in about 6 minutes. That’s fast. But 6 minutes is still plenty of time for automated systems at companies everywhere to pull and install the bad version before anyone can react. If you or your team runs axios: lock your version to 1.14.0 (or 0.30.3 for the older branch). Change every password, API key, and access token on any machine that installed the compromised update. And check your network logs for connections to sfrclak dot com or the IP address 142.11.206.73.

The man who INVENTED modern AI just made a billion dollar bet that ChatGPT, Claude, and every AI company on earth is building the wrong technology. Yann LeCun won the Turing Award in 2018 for creating the neural networks that made AI possible. He spent a decade running AI research at Meta. Oversaw the creation of Llama and PyTorch, the tools that half the AI industry runs on. Then he quit. And raised $1.03 billion in a seed round. The LARGEST seed round in European history. $3.5 billion valuation before generating a single dollar of revenue. Bezos wrote the check. So did Nvidia. Samsung. Toyota. Temasek. Eric Schmidt. Mark Cuban. Tim Berners-Lee (the guy who invented the internet). His new company is called AMI Labs. And it's built on one thesis: Every AI company spending billions on large language models is wasting their money. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok. They all work the same way. They predict the next word in a sequence. See "the cat sat on the" and predict "mat." Scale that to trillions of words and you get something that sounds intelligent. But LeCun says it doesn't UNDERSTAND anything. It can't reason. It can't plan. It can't predict what happens when you push a glass off a table. A two year old can do that. GPT-5 cannot. This was the dream of Thomas Townsend Brown – one that got stifled and suppressed behind the veil of secrecy and subcompartments. The common trope from experiments around the world are high electric field differentials seem to result in thrust. Buhler’s experiment exists in this lineage. 6. The Patent Office is Running the Peer Review Buhler made a deliberate choice not to pursue academic peer review as a primary path. His second patent is currently under examination, and the examiner's office has been reaching out to independent witnesses who have signed affidavits confirming they have seen and reproduced the effect. A red light appeared roughly three miles offshore, grew extremely bright, then appeared to explode, lighting the full length of beach. A helicopter launched from Patrick Air Force Base, flew to the location, hovered briefly, and returned to base without intervening. The light did not stop. It began moving toward them. At some point it split from one light into six rotating orange-pink lights that went under the water and re-emerged in a repeating cycle. The lights tracked their movement along the beach for forty minutes, closing to within roughly fifty yards before disappearing. Buhler says similar lights have been reported by others in the same area, and Stephen Greer runs group observation sessions approximately forty minutes south of the same beach. 10. The Force Crosses the Unity Threshold for Space Already The current demonstrated force is in the five to ten millinewton range. For Earth launch, that is not yet sufficient, and Buhler does not claim otherwise. For orbital station-keeping, for preventing satellite orbital decay, for repositioning between orbits in microgravity, the force exceeds what is needed. Buhler calls this hitting unity for space, moon, and Mars applications without any major development beyond what has already been demonstrated. The self-launcher, a device capable of lifting itself from Earth's surface, is the declared goal. No blueprints exist yet for the energy requirements. But the force is real, it is directional, it reverses on command, and it does not require continuous power to sustain. Why This Matters NASA's lead electrostatics scientist ran nearly 2,000 controlled experiments, eliminated every prosaic explanation the field has available, documented a thrust that persists after the power is cut, watched the fine structure constant emerge from the data repeatedly, and submitted a second patent currently under formal examination.
