All I want is a simple apology, someone didn’t have the whole story and spoke out of turn, and doing so called me a liar, he said I only had $500 credit, when it was $1000. I showed you all the paperwork before so you know that I am right. The emails that I sent you before are the ones that I am talking about. That’s it, just a simple apology.

@UpgradeCredit Some of @UpgradeCredit best employees gave me a $1000 credit card and for four months we didn’t touch it. And then came the Vets bills, $870 dollars worth. I used the card and they dropped the limit instantly to $500. We paid $500 on it within a month and the rest shortly afterwards. That means I am under the limit….it’s basic math. Threatening my bank accounts and ruining my name and making my credit worse.

@NYSE @UpgradeCredit @bensturgill @stevenmcclurg @CanaryFunds Why is the new app uplift so terrible? Under upgrade, I was able to pay in advance and have that payment credited towards the next due date. Good luck with doing that under upgrade which I think is a terrible terrible product.

U were cutting my credit from $1000 - $500 & charging my card late fee $29 for missing payment in October. No balance on card 10/01. made a $120 payment on 12/15 & on 12/19was charged alate fee card. Check your late fees.

@UpgradeCredit @neubergerberman @LuminarxCap This bank has been a nightmare to deal with. They suspended my accounts over a transaction dispute in September, and they're still frozen. I've called countless times, filed CFPB complaints, and requested multiple escalations—no one has answers, and nothing gets resolved.

Do not use @upgradecredit if you can’t avoid it. My phone number changed and they won’t make changes until i go through steps such as holding a piece of paper with acct info which I did. Then they said they wanted my whole upper body in pic. Why? Women need to send pics like this also. Sick
