@VIZIOsupport Hello, The latest software update broke my Vizio TV. It worked perfectly before the update and is now unusable. I’m requesting a replacement or a reimbursement of the $200 I paid. Please resolve this promptly. Thank you.

@GerGomezJavier VIZIO Home and Account are only available in the United States, which means you will not be able to use the smart features of the TV. I would recommend that you use a streaming device connected to the TV for your streaming needs.
