@VIZIOsupport my Vizio TV will not stay connected to the internet. Once it drops, usually after a few minutes, it has to be restarted to connect again. It isn’t a WiFi strength issue. What is causing this?

@Barnacules If you do not use the apps on the TV itself, I would recommend factory resetting your TV and keeping it disconnected from the internet.

@VIZIOsupport You realize this wasn’t a requirement when I purchased the TV, right? Also, I don’t use any of the smart features of these TV and yet it keeps popping this up anyways even when I dismiss it. How do I disable it for good? Or do I have to hit up @legaleagle and @rossmannsupply? 🤔

Hey @VIZIOsupport how do I stop your 50” MQX series TV’s from constantly trying to get me to connect my TV’s to my non-existent Walmart account? This happens almost every day I turn the TV’s on for the first time. It’s super annoying and behind frustrating! NO AI RESPONSES PLEASE

@VIZIOsupport hello, I purchased a new tv 4.30 from Sam's Club, and it kind of started shutting off and then repowering back on, I read that is is common and it is a power cycle glitch that needs a patch is that happening or should I take it back and exchange

@Barnacules @VIZIOsupport We have a vizio at work and it's absolute trash. Sound will stop working randomly until unplugged. Wifi randomly disconnects. The user interface is probably my least favorite of the TV brands.

Hey @VIZIOsupport, how do I disable this spam advertisement crap you constantly pop up every time I turn my TV that requires me to physically dismiss with the remote before I can use my screens? I didn’t buy these TV’s so you could run a billboard in my house! Turn it off! 😡

@Barnacules This feature can actually be turned off. From the VIZIO Home screen, go to the left and select Extras>Notifications.

@VIZIOsupport So disappoint with the performance of a Vizio Onn TV that I'm trying out for a sponsor. The worst Wi-Fi experience with consist drops and low resolution. It even toggles my Wi-Fi off automatically. Note to self check other options when purchasing or recommended.

@VIZIOsupport in the last few weeks, about 50% of the time, my Vizio tv won’t function upon powering on and states there is a a Home Screen Connection Error. The tv is connected to WiFi and using the Restart TV option doesn’t work. Unbelievably frustrating.
